About Me

Amy (Hyemin) Lee, LMFT

Hi, I’m Amy Lee, a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) passionate about supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. I provide a safe and welcoming space to explore emotions, process trauma, and foster personal growth.

For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth at mental health clinics, a school, and nonprofit organizations. I’ve also had the opportunity to live in several countries, which has helped equip me with strong cultural sensitivity as a therapist. I offer individual counseling for issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationship challenges, stress management, personal growth, and multicultural adjustment. I also provide couples counseling to help partners communicate, understand each other, and build stronger connections.

I integrate various therapeutic approaches to tailor each session to your needs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR, CBT,  psychodynamic, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT). My goal is to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and heal from past experiences.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive. In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your story is honored and your goals are prioritized.
